Winland Academy is an educational institution in London for Chinese students. With the core theory of 'Fill the gaps', Winland Academy provides connected courses for students who intend to study abroad in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, including English language, A-levels/GCSE preparation, specific subject improvement, comprehensive ability, etc.
Responsibilities:
- To arrange lessons for students.
- To adjust and update the timetable based on tutors and students availabilities.
- To provide feedback to students in relation to progress and achievement under the guidance of the teacher.
- To provide support for individuals and groups of students during the lessons.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities that the line manager may request from time to time.
- To exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Working days: 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or Sunday.
Skills and Experience Required:
- The ideal candidate will have outstanding qualifications, preferably familiar with UK higher education institutions and A Level, GCSE entry courses.
- At least one year of sales experience in education or other industry.
- Dedicated to the education industry and willingness to pursue a career in this field.
- Be a competitive individual who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills, patience, enthusiasm and ambition.
- Required language: Excellent Mandarin (includes read and write) and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
