We are looking for a Head Nurse to join us at our dedicated companion animal practice in the historic town of Maidenhead, on a job share basis of 20 hours per week. We are more than happy to be flexible on the shifts worked, please let us know what works for you!
Alongside our fantastic existing Head Nurse, you will be guiding and leading our skilled nursingteam, providing clinical coaching and performance management, alongside ensuring consistent delivery of high quality clinical standards and procedures. You will also help to lead clinical development meetings, helping to gain feedback and recommend positive changes for our nursing team.
