Porter/Cleaner
Pay rate £10.90 per hour
As one of our Porter / Cleaners at our Unit at Gatwick Airport, you will be responsible for daily cleaning regimes within our Unit . You will be also accountable for maintaining of cleaning hygiene standards, with a strong focus on quality and consistency whilst working to tight deadlines.
About the role:
Working on varied cleaning tasks, as part of a friendly team. Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins working within our wash area and cleaning wash rooms.
As a successful Porter / Cleaner you will need

Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team

To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work

Portering and Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary

To be willing to undertake common manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal duties.
If you are successful we will provide you with full training on all our processes and systems.
We will carry out a full 5 year background a criminal records check on all successful applications which can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
