Job Description
Overview
We are looking for someone to lead our content internally. The individual will (with the support and guidance of the team) manage all aspects of the Boss Digital content across:
- The website (including landing pages, the blog, case studies and ultimate guides)
- Email
- Social media
- Our sister websites, bosstoboss.org and thefitnessnetwork.org
- Attendance of our events (small, boardroom style) to capture thought leadership
PLEASE NOTE - this is primarily a remote role, but the candidate should expect to travel approx once a week to either Reading or London.
Skills:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Great people/communication skills
- Confidence with design and editing programmes (although the main thing is an eagerness to learn!)
Responsibilities:
- Creating written content for blogs and landing pages
- Managing channel activity across the website, email and social media
- Liaising with the team to gather new case studies
- Interviewing clients for written and video testimonials
- Interviewing thought leaders on our sister website bosstoboss.org
- Image selection/management
- Reporting on website performance to senior leadership team
