Are you experienced in Grounds Maintenance looking to work as part of a successful team? Can you help us to put the PLUS in Property Plus? We currently have a great opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Officer to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus. Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire. Do you have previous experience of grounds keeping and working as a team? Do you have the ability to identify risks and act appropriately? Then we may have the perfect role for you! We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Officer to supervise the Grounds Maintenance Team and to assist with the delivery of repairs and housekeeping services. The working hours for this position will vary between summer and winter. During the summer months, you will work 45 hours per week and during winter, you will work 35 hours per week. We will provide you with all the tools you need to carry out your duties and also a company van so a Full UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
