GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Providence Hospitality is a modern, rapidly growing management company currently managing 12 Hotels across the UK with our Head Office being situated in Bath.
As a Group Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the overall operations of the various hotels that we manage by overseeing operational activities.
About your responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and oversee the various hotel’s operations by maintaining consistent communication with the General Managers.

Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, ensuring that guest experiences are maintained.

Perform financial forecasts / objectives by preparing the annual budgets, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Anticipate and track operational risks and provide strategic solutions.

Analyse and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

Ensure hotels processes remain legally compliant.

Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.

Achieve personal and team related goal setting KPI’s.

Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.

Actively find ways to increase quality of guest & team service alike.

Actively promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

Collaborate with the General Managers and Directors to determine the short and long-term goals.

Remain up to date regarding industry regulations and trends.
Essential skills required to do this role:
- Ability to be proactive and manage time effectively across multiple sites.

Proficient in MS Office, Excel etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field desired, however years of experience would be taken into consideration.

Three or more years of proven success as Operations Manager or similar role

Experience with budgets, wage cost control and efficiency & P&L's and forecasting is required.
