Job Description

Swift Temps are actively recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents for a client based in Preston but working from home, the ideal candidate will;

Job Requirements;

• Experience working with Microsoft office products desirable.
• Candidates must be confident and capable of call handling - previous experience desirable. however, transferable skills from the Customer Service and Admin roles.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Working on Booking people in.
• Multiple Project Company.

***DBS CHECK WILL BE DONE BEFORE START OF ROLE***

Hours;

• Work from Home.
• Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
• Saturday every other weekend (9am - 1pm)
