Do you have an analytical mindset? Do you enjoy solving puzzles, working within a team and seeing the bigger picture? SRC UK are looking for graduates from Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science and similar subjects to join a growing team of specialists in the intelligence community, supporting analysis, software development, data modelling and testing of mission data.
SRC UK specialises in Operational Support of the UK defence community via Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) analysis and engineering. Our engineers assist the programming of current and next generation electronic detection and protection systems; test the performance of these systems with live, virtual and constructive recreations of tactical environments, and train personnel on tactics for countering real world threats. Working directly with military and industry partners, and our own multi-national SRC family, you will help SRC UK continue to solve the challenging issues of next generation mission data development.
Your responsibilities will include conducting all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis in order to characterize non-communications radar system performance and capabilities. This includes the analysis of ground, naval and airborne radar, EO/IR systems and developing radar models to support the UK and its allies. The position will also require the support of the operational user community to analyse mission data feedback reports and solve IMD issues arising from trails, testing and operations. You will complete a combination of training courses and gain workplace-based experience as part of a structured scheme, resulting in a permanent position within the company following a probation period.
