The Package

The Job Role
-
Hospitality Head Chef to oversee catering for the hospitality element in a prestigious insurance company. Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and people development.

To manage the hospitality kitchens a multi outlet operation
-
Growing and developing the team, driving an elevated hospitality offering.

Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
-
Confidently and positively adapting to the business needs as it grows
The Requirements
-
Experience in cooking in high volume F&B outlets in luxury London establishments
-
Experience of working to set KPI’s in a challenging environment
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to plan, monitor, and implement changes to support the goals of the business
