NQ64 Arcade Bar originated in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, dreamed up by Andy, Matt and a couple of other people who’re still working with the company.
They’re both bartenders through and through, both starting their careers in some of Manchester's quirkiest and coolest bars.
NQ64 is a neon-splattered den that’s all about booze, beats and button bashing - we take as much pride in our drinks as we do our retro games and vibes.

The Job
Our duty managers & Assistant Manager are key members of the management team and act as the glue between the customers-bartenders and running a class bar. They serve up banging drinks while always keeping one eye on how the shift is running to make the right changes to keep our guests and our people are vibing. Sleeves up - mixing cocktails is part of the job too.
There is a local and experience GM eager to build their management team for this new opening. We are hiring for multiple roles and the salary range reflects the difference between our Duty Manager roles and Assistant Manager.
Must Haves*
*no exceptions!
- Be a sound, genuine & friendly person with a good work ethic. Nobody wants to work on a bar with a [beep...Indeed says we can't use profanity], we all just wanna work with someone cool
- Minimum 3-6 months experience as a supervisor, duty manager, or entry-level bar manager; you’ll have already been a key holder for another business
- Minumum 12 mths experience as an assistant general manager

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,500.00 per year
