Job Description An opportunity has arisen to become a member of the Facilities Helpdesk team. The post is a permanent full time position. You will be working in a small call centre enviroment dealing with Maintenace and transport requests from the Trust. Main Duties of the Job Log Maintenace calls to appropriate contractor Book Discharge transport with approprite provider Booking Couriers and Taxi for Trust Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides hospital services to a growing population of around 700,000 people living across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas across two busy hospital sites in Bedford and Luton. Both hospital sites offer key services such as A&E, Obstetrics-led Maternity and Paediatrics. They will be working in a busy environment and must be able to prioritise calls and workloads.
