Due to business growth, we have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Compliance and Onboarding Lead to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent basis. This role will be hybrid working, with your time shared between home-working and at our Hub in Warwick.
You'll be part of a small, but friendly recruitment team that manages end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
The overall responsibility of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager in leading all aspects of compliance and on-boarding for new employees and manage our day to day relationship with our third party suppliers. Your priority will be to ensure that our new hires have a great onboarding experience, hiring managers are kept up-to-date with their new hires checks, and all new starters achieve 100% compliance.
