Job Description

We are now seeking a motivated and committed House Keeper with excellent time management skills to join our team in Acute Theatres to coordinate all support services within the theatre department as part of the theatre team to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable department.

Ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to and that the department conforms to Health and Safety standards using policy and risk assessment.

To assist with the patient reception duties within the theatre department on a daily basis which includes direct contact with patients and communication and coordination between theatre and ward staff.

You will be working in collaboration with other theatre practitioners and domestic staff to ensure a safe, clean, and organised clinical environment and you will also supervise the domestic staff ensuring that they are cleaning to a high standard.

Other responsibilities:
Ordering of stores and equipment, and coordination of stock levels
