Using your experience of working in a customer facing environment you will provide excellent customer service to maximise sales.
As a Telesales Operator, you will be responsible for taking customers' orders over the phone, offering help and advice, and offering exclusive promotions to customers throughout the trading year.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Receive inbound telephone calls from customers placing orders
- Liaising with the depot management team to ensure you have up to date knowledge on any promotions in order to advise customers accordingly
- Contacting key customers proactively to sell items on special offer or boost sales
- Loading orders onto the system
- Other general administration duties as required
We’re looking for someone with;
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Enthusiastic and personable manner to represent the business appropriately over the phone
- The confidence to advise customers of current promotions
- Flexible approach to daily responsibilities
- Good organisational skills
- IT proficiency and ideally system knowledge
