Job Description
As being the first point of contact for the patient, this position requires a good communicator with excellent telephone skills and a pleasant manner
Duties including dealing with patient enquiries, both in person and on the telephone, processing prescriptions, organising appointments and computerised filing
A knowledge of INPS vision and Docman systems would be advantageous but not essential
