About the Role
As we see continued growth as a business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Business Manager to join our Service Operations Team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the coordination of the business planning and control for Mitsubishi Power EMEA branches and subsidiaries. As Service Business Manager you will keep abreast Services processes and budgeting, reporting any findings to Management so adjustments can be made to achieve company objectives.
What will you do in the role?
- Act as conduit between Service Team and CEO office on Planning
- and Reporting
- Identifying and setting the key financial KPIs for our Front Offices across the EMEA region, measuring performance and reporting back to Senior Management
- Identifying and setting the key Project KPIs for our Front Offices across the EMEA region, measuring performance and reporting back to Senior Management
- Identifying and setting the key QMS KPIs for our Front Offices across the EMEA region, measuring performance and reporting back to Senior Management
- Creation and implementation of a Cost Reduction Programme
- General reporting consolidating the reports from the different departments
- Business Process Improvement (BPI) from the Commercial operations

What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?*
- A University degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
- You’ll have previous experience at a senior level within Project Accounting, and/or Planning or Executive Reporting
- Strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Organised and can effectively prioritise
- High degree of commercial acumen, numeracy, and general diplomacy.
