Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Reception Assistant / Immigration caseworker required in a law firm in Southall

We specialise in the area of Immigration law and deal with all types of Immigration matters.
THE ROLE
We are currently looking to recruit a competent Paralegal / Reception Assistant / Immigration Caseworker to join our well-established team. You will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:
- Managing Phone calls / Appointments / Reception duties
- Assisting caseworkers with Immigration caseload
- Drafting letters
- Liaising with Courts, clients and authorities
- Attending clients and assisting with cases
- Photocopying, Post and other related tasks
- Completing Immigration application forms including Visa Applications, Nationality Applications etc
- Other administrative tasks and administrative support
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working within a law firm;
- Preferably have some experience / knowledge of Immigration Law;
- Be self-sufficient and highly motivated with excellent communication skills;
- Be able to communicate fluently in Hindi / Punjabi / Urdu languages;
- Be IT literate and able to use MS Word and Excel;
- Be highly organised and be able to manage a full workload;
- Be professional, personable and efficient
- Be a Law graduate and/or completed LPC or relevant Immigration related experience
SALARY OFFERED
Full Time: £20,000 per annum - £24,000 PA (depending on experience)
