Application Support Specialist
Salary: Range £25k - £30k depending on experience.
Location: Otley West Yorkshire, this role will be a hybrid of office and home based
We are looking to recruit an experienced application support specialist to work within a small team supporting hospital image storage systems. This position would ideally suit somebody that thrives in a busy working environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via email, meetings and telephone
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates
- Investigating, troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Monitoring and triaging incoming support tickets
- System upgrades
- Dealing with problems in an efficient manner
Experience
- Previous customer facing support skills
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, Apache Directory Services and
Postman
