Job Description
Our General Dental Practice in Cupertino is seeking a full-time front office member with excellent phone and communication skills. We prefer a candidate that is familiar with dental terminology and has worked with Dentrix software.
We want a positive, friendly, reliable and responsible team member. Back office experience is a plus!
Duties include:
- Greeting patients.
- Friendly and courteous to patients.
- Checking in and out patients.
- Answering phones.
- Handling of the schedule and manage all appointments.
- Understanding of dental insurance and updating as needed
- Checking office emails and responding to requests by specialists.
- Collecting payments.
- Treatment plans and presentations of treatment plans.
- Be able to give insurance breakdown to patients.
- Ability to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
