As an Account Manager you will grow Evri SME Account volumes in line with or exceeding budget by developing existing customers and onboarding new ones. Develop strong relationships with existing customers, to increase sales, maximise cross sales of Next Day, International and Digital products, ensuring that all accounts are trading to or exceed agreed volumes.
You will be accountable for:
- Manage Evri Business Accounts to ensure we maximize our share of their shipped volume.
- Ensure all accounts achieve or exceed budget and cross sales targets, by regularly reviewing service and performance.
- Compile accurate reports, detailing budgets, expected volume, rates and sales opportunities, providing a clear explanation of the factors impacting the accounts to maximise commercial growth.
- Conduct client visits to build and maintain relationships to drive compliance and improve sales.
- Manage the targets for customer retention and ensure delivery of those targets by maintaining excellent relationship with the SME Account Holder.
- Work with Marketing teams to support sales of the Evri services and products, promoting new services within SME accounts as appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain records within the CRM system for each customer to ensure the business can forecast account volume, assess account performance, and apply the correct pricing.
- Once an account has been allocated, liaise with the New Business Sales Manager to ensure the smooth transfer of all allocated clients.
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
- Experience within an account management role.
- B2C home shopping/e-commerce industry knowledge and experience.
- High level of competence in use of Microsoft Office and Oracle Right Now Service Cloud.
- Capability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Have an outgoing personality with confidence to make sales presentations and challenge assumptions.
