Job description: To assist Medical Secretary (for busy Neurosurgeon) in day to day running of his private practice. To start off with typing of clinic letters and to gradually become involved in all aspects of the practice including billing, diary management, pa duties, patient queries etc.
Looking for someone long term who wants to become part of a close team, who is:
Able to attend regular meetings (weekly or monthly) in Brighton and Horley
Flexible
With excellent typing skills
Excellent knowledge of Word and Outlook
Knowledge of Medical data bases (ideally Semble/Heydoc experience)
Previous Medical Secretarial experience or working in a healthcare setting.
