Job Description
Busy Burlingame Medical Office is seeking a full-time medical assistant for MEDICAL FRONT OFFICE POSITION. The right candidate must have a minimum 1 year experience working in medical front office reception, be highly skilled in customer service, detail-oriented, reliable, able to multi-task, positive attitude, friendly warm personality, can screen and direct incoming calls, record and relay messages accurately, excellent communication skills, responsible and dedicated mind-set, self-driven manner and team player, willingness to learn front and back office duties and must have insurance knowledge.
Duties include computerized appointment scheduling, greeting and checking-in patients, heavy phones, and chart and filing preparation, assisting physicians, medical assistants and various front desk duties.
EHR Epic experience is a plus.
Work days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
(40 hours a week)
Compensation: Medical Insurance, Profit Sharing, 401 K, FSA allowance, Uniform reimbursement, Paid lunch period, Vacation, PTO & Paid Holidays.
