Job Description

About the role-

As an Audio Producer at AMA you will be a part of a small in-house creative, who together produce iconic audio advertising for some of the UK’s biggest brands. You will be managing the production process from start to end for our dynamic audio campaigns. This will include script writing, sourcing voiceover, scheduling recording sessions and editing the campaign on our platform. You will also be responsible for rallying and supporting internal teams to ensure everything runs as scheduled and being AMA’s creative champion.

Part of our offering is to dynamify, inspire and consult with creative agencies throughout the entire campaign process, being the main point of contact on the best use cases of data in their creative concept & best production practices.

What you’ll do


  • Managing the production timeline for multiple campaigns to ensure all deadlines are met and that we exceed client expectations in every interaction with them.

  • Leading script-writing, 'dynamifying' scripts, and writing and producing demos.

  • Leading the casting of VO talent, sourcing SFX and music, and directing voice sessions.

  • Loading and optimizing campaigns into our ‘Studio’ tool and ensuring they are on spec, within budget and on time.

  • Partner with external stakeholders to educate and advise/consult on best practices when creating dynamic content.

  • Responsible for keeping internal stakeholders informed on current production timelines.

  • Researching and identifying data, audio and programmatic trends and insights and then applying them to our work.

About you

  • 4 years + experience in a producer role – either at a production company, creative agency, publisher, brand or freelance. It’s a bonus if you have experience within an audio production environment.

  • Knowledge of audio editing software such as Audition, Pro-Tools or a similar.

  • A strong creative voice and understanding of production techniques to engage audiences across audio advertising.

  • Have a contact list of suppliers and resources, including voice talent, studios, music & sound libraries.

  • A great communicator with the proven ability to articulate thoughts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders through superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Can easily and quickly create lines of copy which are on brand and on brief.
