Job Description
A manufacturing group is currently seeking a Group CFO. The group is growing (organically and through acquisitions) and is under LBO, owned by a Private Equity Fund.
The group is built on a strong entrepreneurship expertise and is the only fully integrated group acting at each step of value creation in the field of textile personalization and decoration. The ambition is to become a world leader. Currently the group has 10 subsidiaries across the world.
The turnover is 70 M€ and the Group has 400 people and sells its products in 80 countries.
The Group CFO will report to the CEO and will be based within the subsidiary in Manchester as this subsidiary has the strongest growth of the Group.
The Group CFO will be member of the Management Committee and a real business partner to the CEO.
Requirements
- Ideally the Group CFO will have a previous experience as a Group CFO with several subsidiaries
- strong technical background encompassing cash / working capital management, accounting, reporting, financial analysis and planning, budgeting and forecasting, tax, audit, legal and acquisitions
- Prior experience in industry would be ideal
- Fluent in English and at least an intermediate level of French.
The compensation includes fixed salary, bonus, car and management package.

Salary: £170,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
