Job Description
Woodleigh Healthcare is looking for Experienced Care and Support Workers to join our expanding Team and provide good quality care and support to our service users within their our Supported Living, Home Care and Complex Care services. This will also involve the provision of personal care, social support and even day centre support while respecting client dignity, confidentiality and a person centred care delivery approach.
At Woodleigh we value the important work being done by Care & Support staff during these challenging times and as such have put effort in ensuring our Carers feel valued and appreciated.
Experienced Care/Support Workers will earn form £10.50 to £12

- Get minimum guaranteed weekly hours for both FT and PT staff
- Excellent rates of pay and including bank holiday enhancements
- Mileage expenses paid, where personal car is used £0.35/mile mileage rate
- Optional use of personal car, company car used for visits
- 24 hours support from Team leaders/Care Coordinator and Registered Manager
