Job Description

Your role:

• Use management skills to address the day to day running and tasks in store
• Proactively drive store performance with knowledge and creative flair
• Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role and product knowledge
• Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
• Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Opportunity to work in local stores to share knowledge and experiences.
• Open and Closing the store to a high level of standard.
• Must be 18+ to apply for this role.
• Weekend work is required due to the nature of the store.

• Responsible and trust worthy
• Compliant with the ability to promote procedures and policies through the team

• Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver

• Flexible to the needs of the business including covering more hours and covering in a different location
