Transport Administrator
Salary - £26,000 per annum, plus Veolia benefits
Location - East London - E14 6RH
Hours - 40 hours per week.

As a Transport Administrator at Veolia, you will work as part of a team to provide support by ensuring all relevant administration tasks are completed in a timely fashion whilst resolving customer queries and requests.
What will you be doing?
- To receive / respond to telephone and mail enquiries and queries from customers relating to collections and queries.
- Complete general administration duties to ensure compliance.
- Take effective notes/minutes of meetings.
- Deal efficiently with any customer requests.
- Deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution.
- General data input.
What are we looking for?
- GCSE qualifications, minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Good keyboard ability to use Google Docs, Sheets and various web based applications.
- Flexible attitude with a positive approach to work.
- An effective team member with good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
