- Leadership and responsibility of the home.
- Maintaining professional developments/ relationships with family/ and other professionals.
- Assisting/ lasing with outer professionals
- Assisting manager with duty's/ reporting to person in charge
- Administering medication as prescribed
- All aspects of personal care
- Showering and bathing
- Dressing and grooming
- Toileting and continence care
- Teeth and dentures
- Encouraging, reminding; assisting
- Eating and drinking
- Gentle encouragement and help to eat and drink well
- Safely using aids and personal equipment in a manner that respects the dignity of customers. For example :- Standing and walking frames, Wheelchairs, manual and electric hoists, Sliding sheets and moving boards
- Hearing aids and other physical aids
- Supporting service users through temporary and terminal illness, including: -End of life care, escort to Hospital appointments, Liaising with community health support and families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: £10.10-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rochdale, OL16 2SQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
