Main Purpose of Job: To sell the ‘Holgates Holiday’ experience and follow up sales leads for holiday homes across our parks.
Responsible to: Directors
Hours: Full Time (40hours)including weekends, school holidays and some evenings.
Location: All Holgates Holiday Parks

Job Overview:
Main tasks of Job Include:
To seek out new sales leads through a range of mediums, promoting the benefits of buying a holiday home on one of the Holgates parks.
You will build up a good rapport with customers and guide them smoothly through purchasing a holiday home with us.
You will provide customers with all the relevant information to make a decision and sell with transparency, integrity and honesty.
Requirements
You will be a driven sales person who is confident with people and has great communication skills.
An ability to manage your own time is essential, using your initiative to its full potential and being proactive is vital to make this role work.
The role will require you to not only develop a knowledge of holiday homes, but the range of parks we have on offer and their local areas. You will use this deep understanding to your advantage with perspective buyers, identifying what homes and parks would suit them best.
You must be flexible and adaptive for meeting and greeting potential customers.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to record information accurately and securely.
It goes without saying that you should be presentable, punctual and willing to learn.
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in sales and customer service roles would be advantageous. Will need a Full Driving licence.
