We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer care skills to work within our Reception and Administration Team. You will be responsible for working within a busy department, answering telephones and working together as a team to help patients, support the doctors and extended multidisciplinary team. You would be expected to work over our main site and branch surgery.
Excellent organisational skills, team working and problem solving skills are essential for working in this post, you should have excellent communication and telephone sills, together with the experience of working with the general public with a caring approach.
We are a large forward-thinking paperless Practice of 16,000 patients, based in excellent modern purpose-built premises.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high quality patient care, and who has the interest and energy to join with us in providing excellent services to our patients.
This is a 6-month temporary contract with a view to permanent covering maternity leave. Hourly rate is £10.50 per hour. The hours are 30 hours per week. To be worked Monday to Friday 12:30-6:30.
