Alba Medical Group continues to expand and we have an exciting opportunity to allow a successful candidate to showcase their skill set in a Practice Management role. We currently provide high quality care to our 32,000 patients across 4 sites in Lanarkshire and can only do so with the excellent support from our multi-disciplinary team; all willing and able to help support the right person in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. Significant experience in human resources is desirable. NHS experience is beneficial; however, applications from other management sectors welcomed if transferable skills can be demonstrated. The role will predominately be based in East Kilbride but some cross site working between our sites will offer you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with our patients, sites, surroundings and members of the wider team.
