Reporting and BI Associate – Salary £27,000 to £40,000 Depending on experience

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for developing & building reporting solutions to be used across Aviva UK Life & Health and for the purposes of board reporting.
This role involves providing business facing MI solutions not covered by the regulatory and external reporting teams. This includes all Complaints reporting for the Aviva UK Life & Health business, reporting supporting the immediate directorate, all service-related reporting plus any other reporting that supports the Health, Wealth, Retirement and Protection business, landing of these services into BAU production via numerous technologies, including but not limited to Qlik Sense, Qlik nPrinting and Business Objects.
This role will identify opportunities to simplify & optimise the MI estate removing duplication, identifying outsourcing & automation opportunities, whilst working within MI/BI business standards ensuring that the relevant governance frameworks are adhered to, and controls implemented to ensure risks are managed effectively.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong numeracy & analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and high‐quality outputs
Strong independent working and time management skills
Good understanding & proficiency in using reporting tools & coding languages such as Qlik Sense, Qlik nPrinting, Business Objects, SQL and other Microsoft products
Ability to communicate highly technical problems & solutions at different levels in an easy-to-understand manner
What you’ll get for this role:
Starting salary between £27,000 and £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
