Job Description
MAX Eyewear is an optical wholesaler based in South West London, supplying customers in 70+ countries. Our online department is steadily growing with more customers moving to online ordering and we are looking for an energetic office assistant to join our team.
This role will involve:
- Managing the sales ordering process for wholesale customers
- Providing customer support
- Establishing professional relationships with assigned customer accounts day to day
- Managing the purchase and stock of packaging supplies
- Resolving issues arising with shipping (deliveries, returns…)
- Liaising with the warehouse team
Our Ideal Office Assistant:
- Previous office experience is an advantage but not required
- Highly organized as this role is fast-paced
- Ability to work well under pressure and to follow strict deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written English skills
- IT literacy and confidence
Working hours: 08:30-17:00, Mon-Fri Permanent position & immediately available.
Salary: £9.50 per hour
