We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling bookings and greeting guests. Our receptionists are the first point of contact for customers, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, meet and greet, and answer telephone calls.
- Answer general questions.
- Provide basic information to the public.
- Greet customers upon entrance to the restaurant and seat them.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
