Who are we looking for?
We have an exciting opportunity within the Merchandising Division here at UK Greetings. This frontline role provides support & customer service to our field-based colleagues. If you have a passion for service excellence, enjoy problem solving, then this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Merchandising Operations Manager, you will be one of the key points of contact for our field-based merchandising team, to support them with any queries & issues they may have with their handheld devices: -
- Support Helpdesk – Delivering excellent customer service to our field-based colleagues; taking telephone calls on a daily basis & assisting them with any queries, technical problems or hardware replacements.
- Issuing Hardware to Merchandisers – Ensuring that all new or replacement equipment requirements are issued to field-based colleagues in a timely manner.
- Tracking Hardware & Usage - Ensure that all assigned hardware is correctly recorded against each user, levels of usage is tracked & is queried as & when required
- General administration, queries & requests – Generally supporting our field-based colleagues with any queries or requests for information.
- Providing Reports - Issuing any required reports to the field management team.
We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent listening and questioning skills, someone who can interact professionally with users to establish the problem and explain the solution. It is important that you enjoy working as part of a team who all come together to provide a strong and reliable customer service to our field based Merchandising employees.
Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word are also essential.
