Your new role:
The purpose of the opportunity we have is to support the Service Desk activity and participate in the deployment of the Alten IT strategy in the UK. Your daily duties will be organized as follow :
- Communicating with users to find and fix problems ;
- Creating documentation, guides and processes ;
- Servicing and fixing IT equipment, including printers, projectors and networks ;
- Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems ;
- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues ;
- Managing IT assets and mobile fleet.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Experience:
