Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
The job role entails:
- Working closely with members of the public
- Booking appointments, operations
- Arriving clients for surgeries
- Dispensing medication
- Phone and email queries
- Taking payments
- Being confident about discussing finance
Full training is given and provided on all the above.
Shift patterns are:
- Monday 8am-1pm
- Tuesday 1pm-7pm
- Thursday 2pm-7pm
- 1 in 6 Saturdays 8am-1pm at Glenfield
- 16 hours a week
