HOURS
Thursday 8:30am to 3:30pm
Friday 8:30am to 2pm
LOCATION
This role is based at the work canteen for the Finsbury Business Centre (FBC). It is a cafe for the individuals, businesses and visitors at FBC. It is not open to the public. This is a fairly relaxed pace for a cafe, we serve on average 20 customers per day. Occasionally we are catering for larger groups.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll be setting up for the day ahead, making and serving coffees and lunches and maintaining a clean work environment.
DUTIES
- Maintain a tidy and clean work environment, adhering to excellent food hygiene standards
- Using a coffee machine to create standard drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites
- Preparing and serving simple breakfasts such as toast and granola pots and lunches such as toasties and salads
- Cleaning during down time. During quiet moments you will be cleaning the cafe and surrounding areas
Part-time hours: 12 hours per week
