Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in managing service contracts, processing engineers' paperwork, and handling emails.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage service contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and process engineers' paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and filed correctly.
- Handle and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
