We have a fixed term vacancy (6-12 months) for an Administrator to join a property management company in the in-house legal team The role would be working with a team of paralegals under the direction of their In-House Counsel to review Deeds and supporting information. This is a great opportunity for administrators to join a specialist team and gain exposure to current legal and regulatory issues in residential property and building safety.The role will involve:· Reviewing and checking compliance with statutory deeds completed by leaseholders· Collate information on the database· To be a first point of contact for external enquires and use of shared e-mail accounts· Assist with compilation of statutory Certificates and supporting information · Maintain accurate internal reporting of all matters forming part of workload, and communicate with customers, managing agents and other third parties to address questions and explain the process.The ideal candidate will be available immediately with an understanding of recent developments relating to building safety and impact on the industry of the Building Safety Act 2022.
