We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

We offer a full consumption based offer, Full Breakfast everyday with the occasion themed breakfast such as Mexican breakfast, Lunch our core menu stay the same throughout the week which consists of Sandwich fillings, Proteins, Salads, soup and selection of cakes bakes made in house. We also offer a hot food option which changes daily.
Working along the rest of the team, putting together a display and showcasing food daily, Prepping think ahead for the night shift, Open kitchen so we are customer facing. Coming up with specials which may be as simple as a salad or a whole main meal.

As our Chef de Partie, you will:
- Have excellent people skills
- Have general knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Be passionate about food and customer service
- Have superb culinary skills
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a large team
- Be eligible to work in the UK
You will be able to create and develop our dishes and will assist the Chefs in creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the important of stock and food wastage is essential.
