JS Care 4 All are a small family run domiciliary care company. The newly created roles will allow you to be a key member of the team.
We cover the areas of Poole and Bournemouth. Our office is situated in Bournemouth.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
£12.00 - £14.00/hour
We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team to support our carers out in the field and our service users to remain independent in their own homes.
You don't need to have experience in a care setting; For this role you will be working in the community so a full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
This is a great position for an existing support worker/ care worker to develop and progress as an individual with their career in the care sector.
At all times you will be leading and promoting independence, choice, and inclusion. Ensuring that your allocated services shifts are managed efficiently, assuring those activities, management of medication and other daily tasks including community-based activities are planned and carried out. You will also be key in ensuring our compliance remains at the expected level.
Although this role is predominantly field based across your services, you will need to be able to offer flexibility within your contracted working hours which will include days, evenings, and weekends.
This is a full-time role and will require elements of weekend working (alternative). Your working hours and shifts will vary between the hours of 7am – 10pm with number of hours of care delivery and other responsibilities. You will have 2 full days off each week.
We will help you progress within the Care Sector whether it be on the job training or NVQ or other relevant courses.
