Job Description

Are you an entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative, with the ability to think outside the box and the experience to identify, influence and build relationships with key decision makers?

Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced Sales team.

Why your role matters

Working with our Corporate Clients, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities in the corporate market space. You will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with prospective clients and be confident in providing solutions to enhance revenue and profitability.

What you’ll be doing

As Sales Development Representative, you will proactively qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and collaborate with the field sales team to schedule meetings with key stakeholders to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets set out by the business.

To succeed in the role, you will need to gain a strong understanding of the WorkNest proposition, our target market and our competitors to exceed sales revenue targets, opportunity generation targets and KPI’s.

With your accomplished background of breaking into new accounts and robust relationship building skills you will understand new prospect needs and overcome challenges, to qualify opportunities and define our position within a growing market. You will diligently maintain Salesforce CRM environment by regularly updating lead records and activity and comply with all WorkNest reporting, admin and sales processes and procedures.

That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to effectively deliver the Sales Teams objectives, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction. However, this role can be managed remotely.

What’s in it for you

£35,000 per annum plus OTE , plus an attractive company benefits package, including:

  • Health Cash plan
  • Life Assurance
  • Up to £15 per month fitness subsidence
  • Hybrid working arrangements

  • Birthday Day off
  • VITO Days – up to 2 days per holiday year paid volunteering
  • Free Will writing service
  • EAP & Wellbeing services
