Role Title: Insurance Consultant
BU/Segment: Insurance
Location: London, United Kingdom (Flexible hybrid working)

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

Liaise with business to understand current Insurance processes and related metrics

Lead and facilitate large process discovery workshops
-
Develop future state views, reimagine the current processes to make them leaner, more efficient and effective

Conduct gap-analysis and identify improvement and innovation opportunities
- Perform cost benefit analysis for the identified opportunities
- Develop executive packs summarising the approach, findings and recommendations for senior business stakeholders

Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

Subject matter expertise in Underwriting and / or Claims processes

Strong stakeholder management skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience of working in Transformation projects

Hands-on experience in tools such as MS Visio
