Retail Experience.
Leadership Skills
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Customer service and good interpersonal skills.
The duties of post:
Perform store opening and closing procedures.
Ensure shop presentation standards are met.
Ensuring efficient functioning of the shop.
Awareness of trends in the retail market.
Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff, establishing security
and safety measures, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
Planning promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
Managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
