An exciting new opportunitities has arisen for new Customer Experience Support Assistants to join the Customer Experience Team.
The team handles around 500 complaint investigations per year, alongside offering advice and guidance relating to customer satisfaction and recording of compliments received.
In this role you will need to have:
- Excellent customer interactions skills
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to listen and empathise
- Able to use your own initiative and also work as part of a team.
- The ability to deal with customer dissatisfaction and resolve issues through questioning and fact finding conversations in order to achieve a positive resolution.
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Pay attention to detail
- Great IT skills and be able to keep accurate records
- Uphold confidentiality at all times
The role:
This post will provide support to the Customer Experience Officer, with processing complaints and compliments.
There will be a considerable amount of admin in this role, updating the complaints log, lessons learnt outcomes, electronic filing and compiling accurate case notes.
The work can be fast paced and is driven by customer satisfaction. You will need to respond quickly and accurately in a professional manner.
You will need to have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work closely with colleagues and customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution is delivered.
You will have demonstrated that you are a good listener and clear communicator who can remain calm and professional.
