Job Description
This position is for an admin assistant within a Boiler & Air Source Heat Pump installation company. Previous experience is preferred.
The job role includes:
Handling telephone enquiries
Booking appointments on CRM system / Ordering Parts / Taking payments from customers
Cover for, and understanding of, tasks involved in arranging installations
Verify customer eligibility for government grants - ECO and HES
General administration tasks
Customer service follow up calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow, G1 1TS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
