Job Description
Job Involves:
- Working on the Telephone. Receiving calls from customers (Motoring Organisations, Insurance Companies, Accident Repair Centres and The General Public)
- Taking Job details.
- Dispatching jobs to the right Resources.
- Dealing with vehicle storage enquires
- Releasing vehicles to owners and insurance companies and taking payments
- updating jobs
Skills Required:
You will be working in a very fast pace environment, which will require you to use your own initiative, be able to work under pressure, take charge of situations, managing jobs from start to finish.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Basic Motoring Knowledge is preferred but not essential
Good Geographical Knowledge (Birmingham and Surrounding Areas) is required
Good Telephone Manner.
Calm and Professional Approach.
Previous experience as a controller is needed (Training will be provided).
Wage / Salary will be discussed in interview.
Shifts available
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
