We are looking for an exceptional person to join our UGG® outlet store in Bicester Village as a Supervisor!
Working as part of a team you will drive sales whilst delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will make our customers feel welcome and at ease whilst shopping in our stores and share knowledge of our products, including key features and benefits. You will process transactions, receive deliveries, participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and support with opening and closing procedures.
You will support the team to create personalised shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You will ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave, providing exceptional service from start to finish. You will maintain and model a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions
You will make yourself personally available to all customers in order to provide exceptional service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone. You will know how to operate all management functions on the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers and merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards. You will promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance from your team members and maintaining a respectful workplace.
In the absence of any other management you will support the successful operation of the store. You will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally as well as delivers a high level of customer service. You will operate as part of the store management team, ensuring all people related activities are carried out in a timely and accurate way, this includes, driving sales initiatives, conducting return to work meetings, coaching and developing, note taking and recruiting plus any other responsibilities as required.
You will be a fun, confident and welcoming person who is calm under pressure and relentless in your drive to deliver sales and exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate pride and passion and be fanatical about customer service, standards, and the UGG Brand. We are looking for real team players who are enthusiastic to who collaborates with others to get the job done and celebrates success.
Retail or customer service experience is not essential but would be beneficial, as would be additional language skills.
