We are currently looking for a Resident Scheme Manager to join our team on a permanent part time basis.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services which respond to customer and business needs. You’ll be building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their relatives and relevant external agencies as well as welcoming new residents.
You’ll be dealing with generic leaseholder matters including neighbour disputes and breaches of lease seeking assistance when required from Regional Manager.
You must be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and good customer skills and have a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need. Above all we are looking for someone with a patient and caring personality and a commitment to service excellence.

Our scheme Town Mill has 35 proprieties consisting of flats and bungalows. Our manager’s accommodation is a self-contained 2 bed flat located within the scheme grounds.
Scheme managers are each responsible for their bills (council tax, electricity, TV license, personal phone, etc) with the exception of the following expenses which are paid by Grange Management Ltd;
a) Rental of business phone + business calls charge
Communal facilities: Communal gardens, communal lounge, laundry, communal toilets, guest room and Scheme Manager’s office.
